How SMS notifications work in PulseSafety Visitor Management, what you consent to, and how to opt out at any time by replying STOP.
PulseSafety Visitor Management provides SMS notifications to authorized personnel and users of participating organizations. This page explains what messages we send, when consent applies, and how you can stop receiving messages at any time.
Effective date: May 28, 2026
We use SMS strictly for visitor management operations — arrivals, check-ins, and access approvals. We never sell or share your number for marketing, and you can reply STOP at any time.
These terms apply to all users who receive SMS notifications through PulseSafety Visitor Management, whether added by an agency administrator or through direct account registration.
PulseSafety Visitor Management provides SMS notifications to authorized personnel and users of participating organizations. Users are added to the system by authorized agency administrators or through direct account registration workflows. Messages are sent only to individuals associated with an active account at a participating organization.
By providing a mobile phone number and using the PulseSafety platform, you may receive text messages related to: visitor arrival notifications; lobby check-in alerts; access approval requests; and administrative operational notifications. These messages support the day-to-day operation of your organization's visitor management workflows and are tied to your specific role and account activity.
By providing a mobile phone number and using the PulseSafety platform, users consent to receive operational SMS notifications relevant to their role and account activity. Consent is provided either when an authorized agency administrator adds you to the system with your mobile number, or when you register an account directly and supply your number. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing consent to receive these operational messages.
Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your role, your organization's activity level, and how often visitor management events relevant to you occur. Some users may receive several messages per day during busy periods, while others may receive few or none.
Message and data rates may apply. PulseSafety does not charge for SMS notifications, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply depending on your plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan's messaging charges.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You can stop receiving SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS notifications unless you opt back in. Opting out of SMS does not deactivate your PulseSafety account; relevant information may still be available within the platform.
