Built for the people

PulseSafety was founded from inside law enforcement. Driven by someone who saw firsthand how agencies struggle daily with the tools that were supposed to help them. CommandCORE is what the officers we work with wish they'd always had.

We believe modern public safety software should reflect the work, not fight it. Every module in CommandCORE is shaped by people who know the call load, the paperwork, and the cost of a tool that slows you down. Ever decision is measured against one question: does this give the shift back time, or does it take more of it?

We are deliberately small, independently owned, and founder-funded. That lets us say no to the wrong contracts, hold our product to a higher bar, and keep the roadmap honest. The agencies we partner with are the ones we want to be with for the next decade.

  1. Jan. 2025
    PulseSafety founded.

    A one-person team ships the first version of CommandCORE. Focused on personnel, policy, and a dream of one platform.

  2. Jun. 2025
    Administration Suite ships.

    Roster, policy, internal affairs, and reports come online as one system. This gives command staff a single record of truth for the first time.

  3. Sept. 2025
    COREConnect launches.

    The civilian side of CommandCORE goes live. From tips, complaints, commendations, to safety alerts connected directly to the agency workflow.

  4. Feb. 2026
    Early Access Program.

    Launching our Early Access Program — a limited cohort of founding-partner agencies who will help shape the roadmap and lock in founding-partner pricing.
